Service department is great!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment for problem with Infotainment Center on November 17th. When I went to the dealership, I had my battery replaced at my request. It did not seem that any diagnosis was done on the original problem. I was told to bring it back on the 20th and then it was diagnosed with a bad powerhead. The service manager was very polite and even offered a loaner car if my vehicle had to stay all day. That is commendable. I just feel like that could have been accomplished on the first visit. I have to go back again for the powerhead replacement because they did not have one in stock. I live one hour's drive from the dealership. I have all my maintenance done there and am always very satisfied.

Awesome service

Through out the just under 80,000 miles on my vehicle I have used Tappahannock Chevrolet all except 3 times when I was out of town and used Chevrolet dealers there. Tappahannock Chevrolet continues to be my favorite service department and I highly recommend them.

Everything went fine

Major problem with the transmission flush preformed by the service department on Friday December 19th, on a 2019 GMC Canyon. In less then 50 miles the vehicle started emitting a burnt oil smell, then noticed an oily residue on the tailgate & hitch, lastly looked under the truck to see half of the undercarriage coated in a dark red oily film. Truck seems to be shift harder than before. I'm afraid to drive the vehicle, not sure how much damage there is to the transmission. FYI: Looked at a few GM TSBs to find their is a significant problem with these GM transmissions, even a class-action law suits, not good.

I was quite pleased. I had an appointment for an inspection and a oil change for the following week ..so they did it same day. That was great.

Your service department performed as near perfectly as possible. They greet me with a brief pleasant conversation, perform their tasks promptly. They are done in less than an hour and I am on my way.

The service was excellent but I think it’s really ridiculous I bought a vehicle from you and haven’t even put 10,000 miles on it and it needed brakes all the way around. Clearly it needed them when I bought it. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from tapp Chevy and the most expensive and it’s been in the shop more than any other vehicle I have had. I r don’t believe I will purchase another after this one. Clearly this vehicle was not checked over before I purchased it

Waiting on a good use 4×44 door truck

Everyone is very friendly but I did had an issue with my vehicle that wasn’t fixed when I was told it was. I feel like attention wasn’t given to it because it was brought in later in the day and everyone wanted to go home.

I had a wonderful experience with Greg Higgins and Debbie Jenkins. I was apprehensive about trading out of my 2010 Equinox, and the new one seemed overwhelming with the technology. Greg went over my new car patiently with me and has been responsive when I've called with more questions. I haven't had a chance to drive it much, but I do love my new Equinox!

They were pretty slow. They also printed a order slip and told me a price then told me oh they forgot to include the tire disposal fee and the 4% card fee. Then it was much more than quoted for the tires I got put on.
